4:00 PM — Event begins
4:00 – 5:00 PM — Tarrant County-based non-profit organizations check-in at welcome table to be eligible for cash prizes to be awarded during the gift presentation at 5:30 PM. Organizations must be present to win.
4:40 PM — Fort Worth Youth Orchestra
5:05 PM — Stage West
5:10 PM — Texas Ballet Theatre
5:15 PM — Fort Worth Opera, Guitar Fort Worth, Ballet Folklorico Azteca
5:30 PM — Fort Worth Chorale
5:30 PM   Cash prize presentations by Judge Whitley,  North Texas Community Foundation President/CEO, Nancy E. Jones, Communities Foundation fo Texas CFO Beth Bull, and other special guests.
6:05 PM — Kids Who Care
6:00-7:30 PM–  “Vocal Trash” performs, with giving updates provided throughout the evening.
7:30 PM   Event concludes

Your Tarrant County non-profit organizations positively affect the quality of life for everyone who lives, works and visits North Texas. From performing arts to social service organizations, from the environment to education, more than 600 impactful organizations will be represented at the Fort Worth #philanthroparty.

–Nonprofit Check In: Happens from 4-5 pm. Please come to the tables located on the east side of Sundance Square. Look for North Texas Community Foundation staff. 

–Donation Station: There will not be any mechanism for people to give onsite. Encourage your donors to give directly at

–Giving Updates: We will provide several giving updates (telethon-style) throughout the program and encourage people to give online until midnight.

–Parking: Valet park at no cost with Sundance Square merchant validation – just look for the valet stations with the red umbrellas. You can also park in any Sundance Square Parking Garage at no cost after 5:00 PM.
