Trinity Valley School
For years, the gifts from the Ella C. McFadden Fund at the North Texas Community Foundation have supported many important initiatives at Trinity Valley School. Each year the endowment contributes to faculty development, programming, financial aid and many more projects at Trinity Valley.
Trinity Valley School has four main objectives for its students: fine scholarship with its fulfillment at college, the development of wide constructive interests, intelligent citizenship and spiritual and moral development which promotes lasting values.
In 2012 they established a financial aid award in Ella C. McFadden’s name based on earlier contributions from the endowment fund. The award was established in celebration of Mrs. McFadden’s tremendous generosity to the school. It reminds students, faculty and staff that the power of one person can change lives for generations.
To celebrate 30 years of giving from the Ella C. McFadden Endowment Fund, North Texas Community Foundation is hosting a series called 13 Days of Giving. Each weekday through December 17, we’ll share a story highlighting how one of the nonprofits benefitting from the fund has impacted this region.
