Nancy E. Jones
CEO & President
Nancy guides the Community Foundation toward its strategic goals, which are set in concert with the Board of Directors. She works closely with fund holders, professional advisors, community leaders and nonprofit agencies to improve Fort Worth and North Texas through impactful charitable giving and community leadership. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Council on Foundations in Washington, D.C. as well as the Conference of Southwest Foundations; she still serves on the Community Foundation National Marketing Action Team. Prior to her move to Fort Worth, Nancy was the founding President of the Community Foundation of Abilene, building that Foundation from an initial base of $750,000 to $80 million in endowed assets. She holds a doctorate in Business Administration, Finance, and Organizational Theory from the University of Kentucky, Lexington and degrees in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Stan Ninemire
Stan is a finance and operations senior management professional with extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and finance as well as expertise in operations, sourcing and supply chain management in a multinational environment. He brings a comprehensive knowledge of and involvement in acquisitions/mergers, business development, transaction structuring/negotiation, human resource management, information technology and leadership, with a strong track record of delivering strong financial gains in highly competitive business markets through expertise in revenue growth and utilization of technology. Prior to his role at the Community Foundation, Stan served as the CFO and Executive Vice President of Tandy Brands Accessories and The Bombay Company. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University of North Texas

Rose Bradshaw
Executive Vice President
Over the course of her career, Rose has worked with philanthropists, foundations, corporations and nonprofits in San Francisco, New York and Chicago develop and enhance strategic relationships. She now oversees the North Texas Community Foundation's philanthropic investments to ensure they effect positive change in the community while honoring donor intent. Rose collaborates with other funders, community groups and civic leaders to advance targeted initiatives, including the Early Learning Alliance, Foster Care redesign, Safe Sleep Public Health Campaign to combat infant mortality, and the Fort Worth literacy partnership. She also oversees the Community Foundation’s grant cycles focused on early learning, child abuse, land conservation and animal welfare, among others. Rose serves on the Mayor’s Education Cabinet, Women’s Policy Forum Board of Directors, Asset Funders Network Steering Committee, and Leadership ISD, among other civic engagements. She is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago.

Vicki Andrews
Director of Operations & Donor Services
Vicki loves getting to be part of something bigger and working in service of others in her role at the Community Foundation. For more than 6 years, she has helped honor our fundholders' intentions, with previous experience as a small-business owner, a preschool director, and a lecture and booking agent for Sept. 11th survivors. Vicki's focus is to be honest, hard working, and keeping the "customer's best interest first and foremost". She is a graduate of Abilene Christian University.

Nancy Webb
Director, Philanthropic Services
Nancy believes in working with high-quality organizations that support and promote philanthropy and charitable giving in support of nonprofits. She brings numerous years of development experience from Dallas and Fort Worth to her position where she partners with professional advisors and prospective fundholders on how to maximize their impact for Fort Worth and North Texas. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas. Nancy has lived in Fort Worth since 2014.

Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey
Director, Marketing & Communications
With more than 15 years experience in non-profit, for-profit, government, and association marketing and communications, Lindsay enjoys raising awareness and connecting charitable givers, professional advisors, civic leaders, community collaborators, and nonprofits to the Community Foundation's brand and work in Fort Worth, North Texas, and beyond. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and Southern Methodist University and has lived in Fort Worth since 2014.

Ronda brings a deep background in non-profit sector and has seen first-hand the difference a non-profit organization can make in the area they serve and the lives they touch. She believes in the each one, reach one, teach one mentality. Ronda loves to help others understand the importance of each person involved to help strengthen the community but still in awe of how one single individual can make a huge impact by doing what we can from where we stand at this very moment. She is grateful to know that she is doing her part to help communities receive the support that they need so much.

Angela works at the Community Foundation because she believes in paying it forward. With previous experience in AmeriCorps, where she saw first-hand the valuable programs and services that nonprofits offer to local communities, Angela concentrates on helping connect big ideas and smart money through grantmaking. Jessica Siegel
Philanthropic Services Coordinator
Giving back is a big part of Jessica's personal philosophy, and she has been excited to learn about all of the ways the Community Foundation is involved in the Fort Worth community and the staggering amount of grant money that goes out each year to support respected nonprofits and causes in North Texas. Her legal background enables her to be a problem-solver while also having strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a cohesive, smooth process for beginning to end project management. Jessica is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a J.D. from the Texas A&M School of Law.

Amanda Wiggs
Assistant to the CEO & President
Bringing more than 5 years of community foundation experience, Amanda loves gaining an inside perspective on a region and working with philanthropic and civic leaders to move a region forward through her work at the North Texas Community Foundation. Originally from Maryland, she has lived in Austin, San Diego, and moved to Fort Worth in 2016. Amanda graduated with a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Certificate in Fundraising Management, Lily School of Philanthropy at UIPUI.
