The North Texas Community Foundation’s Professional Advisor of the Year Award recognizes individuals who have provided outstanding and strategic charitable giving advice to their clients. At the Community Foundation’s Annual Luncheon on March 7th, we awarded Larry Autrey, Managing Partner of Whitley Penn, with our Professional Advisor of the Year Award.

Larry Autrey has more than 30 years of tax, advisory and business valuation experience focused on public and private clients. He began his career at Ernst & Young, and for the past 22 years he’s been with Whitley Penn, where he has served as Managing Partner since 2000. Larry has risen through the ranks of his profession because client service is his number one priority.

In addition to sharing his deep technical expertise, Larry Autrey has supported our community in countless ways, personally giving his time, talent and treasure to many area organizations, including Board leadership positions at Cook Children’s, Community Enrichment Center and the Community Foundation, just to name a few.

Thank you Larry. Our community is stronger because of you.
