Toolbox Grants
The Community Foundation’s ToolBox Grants provides nonprofits with the resources they need to improve their strength and stability. It runs on a three-year cycle with each sequence addressing a designated area of need for the community.
The Foundation is no longer accepting applications for the 2024 ToolBox grant cycle.
Please note: There will not be a ToolBox grant cycle in 2025.
