NTCF Welcomes Two New Team Members

North Texas Community Foundation announces the addition of two new team members whose expertise will strengthen the Foundation’s ability to advance its mission through strategic grantmaking, donor engagement, and collaborative leadership. These roles will help build stronger relationships with professional advisors and nonprofit organizations, expand the Foundation’s reach, enhance philanthropic support, and increase impact throughout North Texas.

Joining the Foundation are Sabrina Conner, Community Impact Program Officer, who will oversee the Foundation’s high-impact grant cycles, and William Abigail, Advisor Relations Specialist, who will lead efforts to strengthen the Foundation’s partnerships with professional advisors.

Sabrina Conner brings more than 15 years of public service experience to her role, including leadership positions in community development, government relations, and grantmaking. Most recently, she served as Director of External Affairs at the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority, where she led strategic outreach across six counties. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is the founding president of Women in Power Empowering, currently serves on the executive board of Presbyterian Night Shelter, and has been recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press as a “Top 40 Under 40” and one of the “Top 21 Women to Watch at Work.” A Fort Worth native and recognized civic leader, Sabrina will manage the Foundation’s grant cycles, collaborate with stakeholders to assess local needs, support donor education, and help design programs that drive positive outcomes.

William Abigail brings over a decade of experience in accounting, financial services, and consulting to his role as Advisor Relations Specialist at the Foundation. A certified public accountant, his career has included leadership positions at Ovation Partners, where he oversaw accounting and finance for multiple investment funds, and at Embark, where he served clients as a corporate controller and supported due diligence during a major corporate transaction. William began his career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked for several years with multinational clients on complex financial reporting. A North Texas native, William holds a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He will support the Foundation’s focus on providing best-in-class philanthropic advisory services, collaborating with the Director of Charitable Gift Planning and professional advisors to help donors integrate charitable giving into their financial and estate plans.

“Philanthropy is powered by strong relationships,” said Rose Bradshaw, President & CEO of North Texas Community Foundation. “Sabrina and William bring the skills, heart, and strategic insight we need to better serve our donors, nonprofits and professional advisors. We are thrilled to welcome them to the team.”

As the Foundation prepares to celebrate its 45th anniversary and launch a new strategic plan, these hires reflect a forward-looking investment to help shape the next chapter of impact for North Texas.
