North Texas Community Foundation has awarded $90,000 in grants to six nonprofit organizations through its 2026 Arts and Culture Fund grant cycle. The grants provide general operating support to organizations in Fort Worth and Arlington that expand access to arts and cultural experiences and create opportunities for at-risk youth to learn and grow through the arts.
This year’s grant recipients are:
>Artes de la Rosa
>Black Girls Do Ballet
>Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth
>Friends of the Levitt Pavilion Arlington
>Theatre Arlington
>Timeless Concerts
“The arts have the power to connect people, celebrate culture and spark dialogue,” said Whitnee Boyd, Ed.D., director of community impact at North Texas Community Foundation. “By investing in these organizations, we’re helping ensure that creative opportunities are accessible across our communities.”
The Arts and Culture Fund is made possible by the generous contributions of NTCF fundholders who share a commitment to the arts: Don and Barbara Kirk Endowment Fund, the Bob and Betty Crow Fund, the Donny Wiley Memorial Fund, and the Meta Alice Keith Bratten Donor Advised Fund. Funding decisions were made by a grants committee, which carefully evaluated each application to ensure the most impactful use of the funds.
“We are incredibly honored and excited to be selected as a 2026 NTCF Arts and Culture grant recipient,” said William Giron, executive director of Artes de la Rosa. “This investment means so much to our organization and will help us continue expanding access to meaningful arts, cultural, and educational experiences for youth, families, and the greater Fort Worth community.”
