The 2026 ToolBox grant cycle supports Tarrant County nonprofits providing or piloting capacity-building strategies that strengthen organizations serving vulnerable populations. Funding focuses on talent and leadership development, technology and data systems, and shared infrastructure to improve organizational effectiveness and resilience.
