National philanthropy expert Phil Buchanan will join Rose Bradshaw for a conversation about what it takes to do more good, more quickly, and to avoid predictable errors that can lead us astray. Phil Buchanan, author of Giving Done Right: Effective Philanthropy and Making Every Dollar Count and CEO of Center for Effective Philanthropy, makes a thought-provoking case for why nonprofits are not like businesses, why giving is not like investing, and how donors can find their own satisfying path to accomplishing great good.
