North Texas Community Foundation (NTCF) announces the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors. This announcement comes as NTCF enters a milestone year, marked by its 45th anniversary, the launch of a new strategic plan, and a record-breaking $67 million in grants awarded in 2025. Together, these achievements reflect the Foundation’s continued momentum and its commitment to building a stronger community for generations to come.
Joining the Board of Directors are:

Jamie Packer, Executive Director – Wealth Management and Financial Advisor, UBS Financial Services
Candace Sandifer, Estate Planning, Business Representation & Probate Attorney, Harris Cook, LLP

Since 1981, North Texas Community Foundation’s volunteer Board of Directors has provided governance over strategic planning, community leadership, and the stewardship of more than $720 million in charitable assets. The addition of these new members will carry forward NTCF’s legacy of strong leadership and forward-looking impact.
