NTCF Appoints Angela McQuien Chief Financial Officer

North Texas Community Foundation announces the appointment of Angela McQuien, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. McQuien joins the team as the organization celebrates its 45th anniversary and looks ahead to the next chapter of community impact.

In her role, McQuien will oversee the careful stewardship of more than $700 million in charitable assets, maintaining the Foundation’s commitment to fiscal responsibility and donor trust. She will also lead the Foundation’s financial strategy, operations, human resources and information technology, helping ensure the Foundation’s strength and stability for the future.

“We are pleased to welcome Angela as our CFO,” said Rose Bradshaw, president & CEO of North Texas Community Foundation. “Angela brings invaluable expertise and will help maintain the Community Foundation’s legacy of operational excellence and strong fiscal stewardship to support the goals of our donors and strengthen our nonprofit community. We are thrilled to have her on board as the Community Foundation enters a new phase of growth.”

McQuien brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ERC Pathlight Behavioral Health. Her background also includes leadership roles in food manufacturing, financial services and technology. McQuien started her career at Deloitte, is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.

Founded in 1981, North Texas Community Foundation stewards more than 400 charitable funds across 11 counties and has granted more than $550 million over its 45-year history. McQuien’s leadership will help the organization build on its legacy and continue creating meaningful change across the region for generations to come.
