Professional Advisors are vital to North Texas Community Foundation’s efforts to strengthen our region through charitable giving. In fact, investment advisors, attorneys and accountants refer more than 80 percent of new donors to the Foundation. Together we develop custom and tax-efficient giving plans for their clients. In recognition of these important relationships, every year the Foundation names a Professional Advisor of the Year.
We are pleased to honor Carla Thompson as our 2021 Professional Advisor of the Year. Since 1996, Carla and her team at UBS have provided a wide range of expert investment services to the Foundation. Thanks to her partnership and deep commitment, we are able to maximize the impact of our fundholders’ contributions to the causes they care about most.
