Dominique supports the Foundation’s strategic grantmaking work. She helps coordinate grant cycles, builds relationships with nonprofit partners, and connects community priorities with opportunities for donors to invest in lasting impact across North Texas.
Dominique brings nonprofit and community experience to the Foundation. She has managed programs, led outreach efforts, and built partnerships across sectors. A Fort Worth native raised on the city’s east side, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University. Her desire to see generosity reach the neighborhoods that shaped her, and to connect donors with the communities they care about, is what drew her to NTCF.
